Efficacy of Metformin in Type 2 Diabetes Management

Abstract
This study evaluates the clinical efficacy of Metformin 500mg in managing blood glucose levels in Type 2 diabetic patients over 12 weeks. Results showed significant reduction in HbA1c levels.
